This part finishes Chapter 01 by wrapping each of the previous parts into a single thought; we need to get out of our own way when it comes to 'change'. Said another way; when we're aware that our beliefs are holding us back, we can change our minds and start the growth process all over again.

The TRUTH will set us free is ancient wisdom because it is true. Awareness is the first step into the light of understanding, and a huge jump into maturity and the character of valor.
