Riverboxes and Weather Underground have agreed to provide the most reliable, accurate weather information possible.   With state-of-the-art technology, WU monitors conditions and forecasts for locations across the world.  Our users can now very quickly gather weather and river flow information (cfs) for almost any river.

It’s easy.   Just go to the Riverbox website and click on any of the Riverbox fly assortments for the river you want to review.  Once you have clicked on your favorite Riverbox, you will be directed to a shopping cart page which will have a ‘Current Weather’ tab.  Click on that tab and a map will appear. 

That’s all there is to it!!

You will find both the current weather information and color-coded river ‘bubbles’.  Click on a bubble and the river name will appear at the bottom of the map along with flow (in cubic feet per second) statistics. 

Clicking on a white arrow next to our map’s river name will create a pop-up from Weather Underground called a WunderMap.  The WunderMap is an enlarged version of the Riverboxes map, including 7-day weather forecasts and additional river statistical information provided by USGS.  (United States Geological Survey)

All maps are generated by Google with similar characteristics, such as click and hold right mouse button to drag the map around, +/- buttons to enlarge or minimize the map size, etc.
