You can learn the 'scholastics' of entrepreneurship from others. We focus on the FOUNDATION of your success - before you learn the hard way that 'HEAD KNOWLEDGE' is a very small part of sustainability. Enterprising men of valor share a bond that comes from personal/ professional transformation. We create this through a system of training, support, mentoring, and expeditions.
Small business failure in the US - historically more than 2800 men/enterprises every day has been an 'acceptable' churn - just as deaths from polio, and most scourges of mankind. The solution to plagues turned out to be very simple; "cover your mouth", "wash your hands". Similarly, the answer to reversing small business mortality rates is simple.

Creating the tools, building the network, promoting the individuals, and facilitating benefits and value, MENtrepreneurs the is launching the movement with the Enterprising Cycle series by providing content, organization, events and training which fosters personal and professional growth, peer support and mentoring. Think ‘AA’ or home study groups for entrepreneurs and enterprising people.
 Group Facilitators
A small group Facilitator invites participants to their group, leads each session, and meets with other facilitators online. They earn an income while building a small group, and they participate in the peer support and mentoring at a higher level than the Level One participants.
 Small Groups
The Level One group participants learn individually (online) and meet for group discussion and application. Peer support, mentoring and personal sharing develop both the individual and the group as they advance through the weekly sessions. The process forms a ‘minyan’ similar to a home study and support group – and in addition – each group can meet with other groups, online and in seasonal workshops and summits.
 Study Series
The first series of 18 sessions, the Enterprising Cycle™ is the foundational series. Other series will include Entrepreneurial Schizophrenia® and a series lead by experts from the member network. Go through a self-paced Session sample and see for yourself.
Facilitator Agreement
Group Facilitators are compensated for each session they lead. Starting as a short-term and part-time relationship, the agreement expands to include income and opportunities for establishing other facilitators and groups and events.
Network Effect
Synergy is a term which describes the effect of relationships formed in a network. The total possible relationships is greater than the sum of the individuals. This principle and benefit is at the core of the MENtrepreneurs network. The network creates opportunities for global peer support, mentoring, team building and distribution.

Then join an online small group and dig into some new relationships with tools you haven't seen before. Take the first two sessions of the Enterprising Cycle as a self-paced tutorial to pick up some of the language you'll hear. You’ll learn about scotomas, arrested development, a strengths assessment and personal transformation tools that greatly help us build teams and enjoy sustainability and profitability – personally and professionally.

The complete Enterprising Cycle™ is covered in 18 sessions over 6 months with a minyan of peers (10+). Yes, it’s a commitment of time - 1 session each week, 3 out of 4 weeks of each month for 6 months. The cost is $940 which pays for the facilitated support and mentoring (online and face-to-face), books and downloads, and snacks.You’ll meet face-to-face with a tribe of MENtrepreneurs - 3 hours per session.
Just like preparing for battle, expect to be emotionally uncomfortable and to have your head hurt. You’ll have 3-5 hours of homework a week; watching videos, reading books and posting online. You’ll be expected to participate through self-motivated study, and through group discussion, and in participatory listening. This is not college. It’s initiation into enterprising manhood.
